A 15 day Road Trip to Leh-Ladakh

Leh-Ladakh, this place always stays on top in every traveler's bucket list. Leh Ladakh is a high desert place in the laps of Himalayas, situated in Jammu and Kashmir State of India. Leh is at an altitude of about 3500m above sea level.
My Journey started from Delhi and it was a complete 15 days trip on my Royal Enfield.
My Road Trip Schedule:

Time: 9 hours
Via: Karnal, Ambala, Chandigarh, and Pinjore.

Journey: Manali to Jispa
Distance: 140km
Time: 7 hours

Journey: Nearby places of Jispa
Distance: 80km
Time: 3 hours
Via: Banks of Bhaga River, Jispa Village

It was an amazing road trip, never ever I had enjoyed this much. Beautiful photogenic views all around, Leh-Ladakh is a must visit all age group.

Dehradun is a populous place and the capital of the state Uttarakhand. It is situated in Doon valley on the foothills of the Himalayas snuggled between river Ganges on the east side and river Yamuna on the west side. This place is famous for its highly photogenic landscapes and its milder climate. It is near to the tourist destination such as Auli, Mussoorie, Haridwar, Rishikesh and pilgrimage circuit of Chota Chaar Dhaam.
Dehradun is a part of the Garhwal region, so the customs and culture of Garhwal people have a great influence on people of Dehradun. Major languages spoken are Hindi and Garhwali.

 Sahastradhara means ‘The thousand-fold springs’ It is highly famous for its religion, viewpoints, nature, and photography. This location has caves, waterfalls, step farming and offers stunning photogenic views for the visitors.

 It is famous for waterfalls, nature, and photography. Tiger-falls is a 50m high waterfall that gives an astonishing view to the visitors.

 This Cave is known as Gucchupani by the locals. This place is famous for its disappearing streams. This place is believed to use by robbers during the time of Britishers, hence named as robbers cave.

 It is famous for Tibetan culture, This place is one of the largest Buddhist learning canters in India.

 This place is known to have the oldest Shiva Temple in Uttarakhand and it is located in the banks of river Nandi.
Some other famous places are Forest Research Institute, Tapovan, Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology, Lachhiwala, Malsi deer park, etc.

Though Dehradun offers you a lot of cuisine choices. I am mentioning a few must-try cuisines:
